If you just created the block quote, you can hit the undo button it's the blue arrow at the very top of the tabs on the left if that isn't available, highlight the paragraph you want to unblock and right-click.
You should not end a paragraph with a block quotation because any quotation you use as evidence in your writing should be followed by analysis in your own words as part of the same paragraph note that block quotations should be used sparingly.
